You better hope that Finance doesn't find out. Clearly Angela could have saved money by using Raindance for a conference call (or even better, an internal bridge). Traveling to meet with Mr. Bear is not an efficient use of company funds. (And let's not even start talking about Angela's training budget...)

Tom says a face to face was ecceptable for security reasons. The conversation was so secret that it was done in sign language, that could not be done by phone.

the face to face was completely justified due to the top secret nature of the conference. in fact the entire dialog was conducted in sign language.------Tom
