I personally think she is watching Monsieur Barney or La rue de la Sesame and Daddy was bored from the repeats. Ms. Charlene

Clearly, Angela is doing just fine deciphering the french Barney and just being her own adorable self. Dad on the other hand has clearly settled into fatherhood. Catch that nap while you can cousin!!
