We're Getting Married
Hello family and friends. Matt and I are tying the knot on August 21st. The nuptuals will take place at his folks spread in New Hartford, CT. Keep the date in mind as we start planning.

This is the poem that dad wrote for Christmas Eve with the Grandes. Joy and tears filled the room as he read it after Grace.
Christmas at the Grande's House,
A very special time,
And so we try to set the scene In meter, and in rhyme,
For Bob and Sue and Laura too Will celebrate the season,
While Matt and Krista join right in
They both have got a reason
Why the Christmas spirit fills their hearts,
And makes them want to sing,
And share their joy with family.....A new engagement ring,
And Dave and Lynda join in too In happy celebration,
For all of us, a happy time, A family re-creation,
The Grande's and the Pedersens Have much to celebrate.....
And all that we can say right now....
Is, "This is really great!"

Boy, I guess it has been awhile since I have checked the site out. I did hear the good news and much congratulations are sent your way. I know that your family couldn't be happier. What a great poem! It seems as though your family and Matt's are a wonderful match. Blessings!
