Thought I would finally try to submit something to twdf. Hope it works. Wisconsin has been beautiful this week. 83 degrees today was the best so far for this Indian summer. Enjoy the pics.

Hey Luann,
What a great surprise! I've been so hoping you would post some pictures -- they're wonderful! I've never seen the marsh at harvest time. What does Bryce play in marching band and how did we do in that soccer tournament? :)

It has been 45 years since I saw a cranberry harvest and things have really changed. Your talent with the camera simply gets better and better. I also remember the THS band. I played in it for four years, trumpet and baritone, but with mediocre talent. The interesting thing is that I played halftime shows in a football uniform because the band director was just as tough as the coach. Keep the pictures coming. My latest news is that it only took me a couple of days to put together a play gas grill (looks like mine) for JJ and can't wait until tomorrow when I pick up JJ and Michael to come here for a couple of hours. At the rate that Michael is growing, he will probably be running around. Hi to everyone. Dave
Luann, Great pictures! It's great to have you post them and to know what is going on in Tomah these days. Hope everyone there is fine. Say hi to everyone for me and keep the pictures coming.

Thanks for the compliments! I love doing it. It would be fun if taking pictures could be done all day long. But I am not quite ready for that starving artist thing. Stocky Wisconsinites need brats and beer, don't ya know!! We are all at Mom & Dad's tonight for Dad's birthday. He is 69 and holding as of Wednesday. I am regularly checking the news from Bogota. Good luck on your adventure!

Luann,
Wow, I have never seen a cranberry harvest!! This is soooo coool!! I can't believe Bryce is in High School. The last time I was in Thomah was when I was in high school. Keep posting pictures so I can catch up :)
Luann,
I'm with you on the brats and beer, don't ya know! :) I was thinking, maybe you should team up with my Uncle Pete and Aunt Marilyn, who have a calendar club kiosk in the Green Bay mall this Christmas. They could sell your calendars for you and then you take pictures all the time!

Bryce is a sax player. He is mostly in it for the socialization though. Hey, I guess he could be socializing in worse places.
And believe it or not, I don't remember where the team placed for this tournament. Lots of games since this one. Talk to you soon.
